By accessing and using DataCortex's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

DataCortex provides lead generation and digital marketing services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through targeted advertising campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search engines, and premium advertising platforms.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Social Media Channels: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channels: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channels: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your business or services
• Matches your specified ideal customer profile
• Has provided accurate contact information
• Has indicated a need for your product or service
• Is a decision-maker or influencer in the buying process

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target audience
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining professional communication with prospects
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

DataCortex's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to DataCortex services remain our exclusive property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
